Where we are, and where we are not
Sometimes we know exactly where we are, sometimes not.
For example, in the photo of Wendy, right, we knew we were at Northwest Spit, on the west side of Isla San Jose, in the southern Sea of Cortez. This is where we were heading, quite deliberately. It was a beach that had not been visited by unnamed others. And indeed, Wendy found a terrific shell.
But sometimes we really haven’t a clue where we are. Fortunately we have friends who are prepared to exploit that to the fullest. Continue Reading »
